Yummmmy dinners round here this week with deliveries I got from a company called Marley Spoon .You can order your meals by recipe and you actually get hefty portions for what your paying. I had this amazing Lamb with roasted veg and as I said on my Instagram ,the salsa was THE best! Roasted hazelnuts with crushed garlic, fresh parsley, olive oil and lemon. And the salty capers were such a tasty addition.Addicted! Tossed it in with some cold pasta today and it was so good for a snack!
Also made Chickpea Chicken Curry with Naan bread, which Saoirse (surprisingly) hoovered up. It was so much easier to order my meal, instead of doing a food shop and clicking “add to basket” aimlessly, not really knowing what I am actually going to make with it. The food had lengthy dates too, which was helpful as I usually get stressed about meals I need to cook so the food doesn’t go to waste!
